Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, company name, billing information, and any other information you submit through forms on our platform.

We automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, and other usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

From third parties: We may receive information from CRM integrations, ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics services, and payment processors that you connect to your A2UI account.

To provide and improve our services: Creating and managing your account, processing landing pages, managing leads, generating analytics, and providing customer support.

To communicate with you: Sending service-related notifications, billing reminders, product updates, and marketing communications (with your consent).

To personalize your experience: Customizing content, recommendations, and features based on your usage patterns and preferences.

For analytics and research: Understanding how our platform is used, identifying trends, and improving our products and services.

For legal compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on AWS (Mumbai region) and Google Cloud Platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

We maintain regular backups with point-in-time recovery. Data is replicated across multiple availability zones for redundancy.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis. All access is logged and audited regularly.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data with: Service providers (hosting, email, payment processing), analytics partners, and legal authorities when required by law.

When you integrate third-party services (CRMs, ad platforms), data flows between A2UI and those services as configured by you.

For white-label customers, tenant data is isolated and never shared across tenants.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) help us understand usage patterns. You can opt out via our cookie settings.

Marketing cookies may be used for retargeting. These require your explicit consent.

You can manage cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in our footer.

Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Rectification: You can update or correct your personal data through your account settings or by contacting us.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data. We will process this within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Portability: You can export your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) from your account dashboard.

Objection: You can object to processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time.

Restriction: You can request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.

For Indian residents: Your rights are protected under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Active account data is retained as long as your account is active.

After account deletion, we retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.

Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.

A2UI is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and/or a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
