Terms of Service

By accessing or using A2UI's platform, website, or services ('Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

You must create an account to use most features of A2UI. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

A2UI offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Plan details, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%). Tax will be added to your invoice.

You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference.

You may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers (for annual plans).

For monthly plans, payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period.

For annual plans paid by bank transfer, payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of paid plans.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

A2UI Platform: The A2UI platform, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation, is owned by A2UI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using A2UI, including landing pages, copy, images, and lead data. You grant A2UI a limited license to host, display, and process this content for service delivery.

Templates: A2UI templates are licensed for use within the platform. You may not redistribute or resell templates independently.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by A2UI without obligation or compensation.

You own all data collected through your landing pages ('Customer Data'), including lead information, form submissions, and analytics data.

A2UI processes Customer Data as a data processor on your behalf. Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your end users.

Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

You may not use A2UI for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

You may not create landing pages that contain misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.

You must comply with RERA regulations when creating landing pages for real estate projects.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

You may not use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).

You may not exceed the usage limits of your plan through automated means.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A2UI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

A2UI's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to A2UI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

A2UI does not guarantee specific conversion rates, lead volumes, or business results from using the platform.

A2UI commits to 99.9% uptime for Professional plans and 99.99% for Enterprise plans (measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance).

Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and conducted during off-peak hours (IST 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM).

Service credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA commitment. Contact support for credit requests.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

A2UI may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with 30 days notice.

A2UI may immediately suspend accounts engaged in illegal activity or causing harm to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You have 30 days to export your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
